Jimmy`s Quick Lunch in Hazleton

If i could I'd give it 0 stars. The hag that was there taking my order was so rude and impatient so she decided to just rush the order taking process to get us the hell out of there. Well i hope she got her wish. Will not return. You need to hire better staff with a lot more manners.

Always a 5 star experience when I eat here.

Still a great place after all of these years. Hot dogs did taste different from my last visit 15 years ago. Love that you can get breakfast anytime.

A legendary local eatery with plenty of character to spare! Plus, a classic vibe complete with the old soda fountain (complete with shots of vanilla by request for any soda) & old fashioned service!

Great food at a great price! Keep in mind you get what you pay for... cheap prices means three isn't profit left to renovate and update, so everything is old, worn, and used, but loved as well!

We waited over an hour for hour food, when it can it was all burnt. While we were waiting we saw the cook drop hot dogs on the floor and put it back on the grill.

Grew up on Jimmy's hot dogs, French fries, and cherry cokes six decades ago... Whew! Where else can you have homemade meat loaf dinner for $6.30 or hot Turkey w/ stuffing dinner for $6.95. Add soup or salad for $1.00! In 2019! And leave completely satisfied!!!

I have had HOT DOGS at hundreds of places in the United States....but hands down.....there's not a better dog ANYWHERE....I get mine....EVERYTHING HEAVY...and trust me ....I enjoy it more than steak. I've been coming here since the early 70s and enjoy making the trip to Hazelton to get some. I always take 1/2 dozen home as they heat up great. Get to JIMMY'S and enjoy the ....BEST.

Love this place for hot dogs.They have all kinds.I usually get the everything chili dog.Their mustard is excellent, I believe it is homemade. They have other items on the menu as well. CASH ONLY. They may have an ATM.Enjoy.

One of the few remaining staples in the Hazleton area. Farmer’s Iced Tea, 2 hot dogs w/ everything, and a large order of cheese-gravy French fries is the way to go. I once got the fish & chips, and that was really good. You know what to expect when you come to Jimmy’s as the quality is always the same.

I grew up in Hazleton. Jimmy's is like family to me. A couple of hot dogs from Jimmy's and I'm set. The restaurant will send you back in time. Sit at the counter and just soak it all in. If you have the chance, try their breakfast out too. When I was in Iraq the owners sent me a Jimmy's t-shirt and a gift certificate to use when I came home. Wonderful people and a wonderful place.*Updated May 2019Had breakfast here recently. We had omelettes: sausage & cheese and ham & cheese. Some of the best we've ever had!

Best quick food in Hazlelton- not fancy Same decor for the last 50 years but consistent quality. Known for their hot dogs and rice pudding.😊

Service is really good, food gets to your table hot, fresh and mouth watering. I will definitely make this a regular stop from now on.

Just passing through and stumbled on to this place wow great food. Tried fries with gravy and cheese for the first time and loved it. Had two chilly dogs they were great also.

This is a must stop when I go visit the mother-in-law in Hazleton. Super yummy and cheap! Get the jimmy dog with everything, duh. Rice pudding is pretty awesome as well. Best Hot Dogs in the area for sure!!!

Family run and operated since 1937. Jimmy keeps the nostalgia alive with great options such as egg cream soda, CMP's (Chocolate, Marshmallows & Peanut) and of course their world famous "Jimmy's hotdogs".

Best chili dogs in the region hands down and reasonably priced as well. This old time dinner has been doing it right for decades. This place gets crowded at lunchtime however the service is fast.
